Cancellations are accepted only if the user cancels the subscription within 24 hours of payment.
How to Cancel: To cancel your subscription, please contact us at [email protected] or tap on the ‘Help Desk’ option in the App.

Important Notes

Once your subscription is canceled, you will not be able to access the Finwin City Sports Academy mobile app.

You will not be refunded for any unused subscription time.

We reserve the right to change this policy at any time.
